Apple cares only from 10 am on Sat

I dialled the number bit too early at 9am, if only the opening times are stated in the site. You can only find the number right at the bottom of the page, in fine, tiny and light grey texts 0844 209 0611* * £0.05p per minute when dialled from a landline within the UK. Call charges may vary when calling from a mobile phone. 

I got charged for a few minutes, first hearing irrelevant options. Instinctively, I decided to not do anything and see where it could lead me to. An auto message about the operating times was finally mentioned followed by an auto disconnection.

The options for help are only iphone and auto-check of registered help. There's no messages for other help, no matter how small albeit bloody critical to users like me.

Come on Apple, I say a bomb for this toy. At least I deserve after sales help, every little helps.
