I got charged for a few minutes, first hearing irrelevant options. Instinctively, I decided to not do anything and see where it could lead me to. An auto message about the operating times was finally mentioned followed by an auto disconnection.
The options for help are only iphone and auto-check of registered help. There's no messages for other help, no matter how small albeit bloody critical to users like me.
Come on Apple, I say a bomb for this toy. At least I deserve after sales help, every little helps.
